You might think it’s the itchy spot on the small of your back, or the top of Mount Everest, or the front of the queue at Home Affairs.

You’re mistaken.

It’s the top of your tippy toes when you’re on the lounge floor sitting on your yoga mat stretching forward.

Luckily, we can help with that.

The objective of yoga club is to practice yoga postures while learning about how yoga can be used to manage stress, improve the mind-body connection and increase flexibility. This will give learners the opportunity to explore and build their strength, awareness and harmony in both the mind and body.

The Yoga Club is open to all ages.

What will I need?

  • A device, such as a laptop or tablet, with a working camera
  • Yoga mat
  • A towel or blanket for cold days
  • Exercise clothes
